Cancellations and changes
If the appointment is more than 24 hours away, cancel your online booking yourself through the cancellation link in the confirmation email and book a new time if needed. If the appointment is in 24 hours or less, please call. For appointments cancelled on the same day or not cancelled at all, 50 % of the treatment price may be charged unless otherwise agreed.
