Name and contact details (phone, email), booking basics such as service, clinic, time and booking reference, messages you provide, and information related to the treatment visit as necessary and in accordance with the law.

5. Sources of data

Data is obtained mainly from the client during booking, a call, email or the treatment visit.

6. Online booking and calendar service

Online booking uses the Osteofenix booking calendar. The details you provide when booking are stored in the calendar event to manage the appointment, send confirmation messages and process a possible cancellation.

Google Calendar is used as the technical calendar service. Google processes data in its service under its own privacy policies and terms.

7. Disclosure and transfers of data

Data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be disclosed where required by law or necessary to provide the service.

Technical service providers such as Vercel, Google Calendar, Resend and BotID may be used to operate the site, booking, calendar, email confirmations and abuse prevention. These services are used only to provide and protect the service and to send messages.

8. Data retention and protection

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose or by law. Access to data is limited to the necessary people and services.

9. Cookies

The site uses a functional cookie to remember the language choice (Finnish/English). Technical abuse-prevention checks may also be used to protect online booking. The site does not use marketing or advertising tracking cookies. A map, social media link or embedded service may use its own cookies if you open that service.
