Making a booking

You can book online, by phone or by email. Booking is free of charge. Online booking shows available times for the next four weeks, closes 12 hours before the appointment and uses the practice calendar to check availability.

Booking confirmation

You receive a confirmation of your booking. Osteofenix reserves the right to cancel a booking if the situation requires, in which case you will be contacted.

Bookings less than 12 hours before the desired time are arranged separately, because online booking closes 12 hours before the appointment.

Cancelling or changing a booking

If the appointment is more than 24 hours away, cancel your online booking yourself through the cancellation link in the confirmation email. If you need a different time, cancel the booking first and book a new suitable time.

The cancellation link only applies to that booking and requires the email address used for the booking. If the appointment is in 24 hours or less, cancellations and changes are handled by phone.

For appointments cancelled on the same day or not cancelled at all, 50% of the treatment price may be charged unless otherwise agreed.

Prices and payment

Booking is free. The treatment is paid at the visit. The current price list is on the services and booking pages.

Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive health information by email or via the form.
