Making a booking

You can book online, by phone or by email. Booking is free of charge. Online booking shows available times for the next four weeks and is connected to the practice calendar.

Booking confirmation

You receive a confirmation of your booking. Osteofenix reserves the right to cancel a booking if the situation requires, in which case you will be contacted.

Bookings made less than 24 hours before the desired time are best agreed by phone so the time can be confirmed quickly.

Cancelling or changing a booking

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time. For appointments cancelled on the same day or not cancelled at all, 50% of the treatment price may be charged unless otherwise agreed.

The cancellation link in the confirmation email only applies to that booking and requires the email address used for the booking. If a change is needed less than 24 hours before the time, please get in touch by phone.

Prices and payment

Booking is free. The treatment is paid at the visit. The current price list is on the services and booking pages.

Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive health information by email or via the form.
